2 art exhibits open in Naga City

NAGA CITY--Two visual art exhibits have been opened simultaneously here this afternoon in time for the Peñafrancia fiesta.

One is by RTC Pili Baruknitan Visual Artists "Art in Progress" featuring the works of Mina V. Torres, Grace P. Realubit, Imee M. Fernandez, Ampy Piloneo, Judge Charito Torrecampo, Veronica Contreras, Elaii Gregorio.

Works by guest artists such as Cris Fragata Gomez, Harold Gomez, Noni Ayo and Marichu SL Fessler are also available.

Said exhibit runs until September 26, 2014 at the IBP Building in Magsaysay Avenue.

Meanwhile, another dubbed "Dolot ki Ina 3: An Art Exhibit for a Cause" has been opened at the Holy Rosary Minor Seminary Front Parlor. It features the works of Rox Lee, Manny Gaite, Elmer Oliva, Hermes Alegre, Ben San Miguel, Franklin Oliva, Jonah Salvosa, Roger san Migue and Nono Oliva.

The exhibit, which is presented by the Holy Rosary Minor Seminary, in cooperation with the Rotary Club of Naga and CSI HS batch '78, runs until September 21, 2014.--BICOLSTANDARD.COM
