LOOK | Dried fish at Naga City People's Mall

"The second floor of the Naga City People’s Mall houses dozens of stalls offering dried fish, squid, shrimp, and all forms of preserved marine life from all over Bicol at the lowest price possible," according to Alec Francis Santos, Chief-of-Office of the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (ACTO) in Naga City. "Best of all, the friendly sellers use food grade heat-sealed plastic pouches to lock in the freshness," he said. (Photo contributed by Alec Santos)
