BREAKING | Mayor Bongalonta's suspension lifted by Office of the President

PILI, Camarines Sur (Bicol Standard) -- Pili Mayor Tom Bongalonta has received an order today stating that the execution of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan decision dated November 3, 2017 is stayed.

This is pursuant to Sec. 9 of Administative Order No. 22, Series of 2011, considering that the instant appeal was timely filed, according to the dispositive portion.

This means that the Office of the President has favored Bongalonta's appeal as against the suspension order signed by Gov. Migz Villafuerte.

The order, which was dated January 9, 2018 was signed by Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs Ryan Acosta.
