MANILA 12/25/17 (Bicol Standard)--A bettor from Legazpi City, Albay won the P29.7 million lotto pot, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced.
The winner selected the combination 03-13-11-25-4-18, according to the PCSO website.
The winner bought the ticket from a lotto outlet in Barangay 7-Bano.
