PDEA nets Php3-M worth of shabu in Sorsogon City

SORSOGON CITY 11/9/2017 -- Half a kilo of a substance believed to be shabu was confiscated by members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Office in Bicol from an alleged drug group in Purok 2, OLV Pangpang, Sorsogon City Wednesday night.

The suspects were identified as John Din Lajada, Armando "Thomas" Cruz and Cristine Joy "Jacky/Pimar/Barak" Woodside.

The drug bust was conducted by virtue of a search warrant at the residence of said persons.

It would be recalled that a few days ago, four individuals in possession of a kilo of shabu amounting to Php6-million were arrested by the PDEA in Naga City.

The PDEA further added that the price of the prohibited drug may double or triple when sold on retail.
