The caravan provided free medical checkup, free eyeglasses, free vitamins, free dental services, free haircut, and offers free food packs, slippers, seedlings, and medicines for animals.
Mrs. Tallado represented her husband who was in Manila for a meeting of the Governors' League.
Camarines Norte's first lady said the Tallado family is committed to bringing government services closer to the people, hence the activity.
"Pagpapatuloy ko po ang aking nakaugaliang gawaing pagbibigay serbisyo ng walang hinihintay na kapalit. Hindi po ako mapapagod at magsasawa, ang inyong lingkod na si Josie Baning Tallado ay gagawin ang lahat ng aking makakaya para mas lalong maiparamdam ko ang pagmamahal sa mamamayang CamNorteno," she said.
