AFTER TYPHOON 'NINA' | Flood control project failure?


"Nina" may be gone, but rains continue to pour in Naga City, barely two days after the typhoon hit. 

This picture was taken at 3:30 p.m. today along Elias Angeles St. beside Plaza Quezon. 

Locals say that this is the first time that this road section has been flooded, despite the city government's flood newly-implemented flood control project. (BICOLSTANDARD.COM)
