The victim, identified as Joseph Mabansay y Grecia, was 32 years old, married, and a resident of Zone 4, Brgy. La Purisima, this town.

The investigators said the victim was driving his motorcycle bearing plate number 1007 EF from Brgy. Sta. Eulalia, Baao, Camarines Sur to his residence.

When he reached his home, he was shot by still unidentified suspects on different parts of his body.
