NAGA CITY 11/28/16 (Bicol Standard)--At least five Bicolano graduates made it to the top 10 of the 2016 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for Elementary Level while four notched top spots in the LET for Secondary Level.

ElementaryRaymund Gerard Vibar Banzuela of Divine Word College of Legazpi, who got a score of 88%, placed second in the list of top ten examinees.
In third place is Hazel Rose Gonzales Deniega of Sorsogon State College - Sorsogon, with a score of 87.60%.
Meantime, Zanita Bonales Corullo of Bicol University - Daraga is in fourth place, with a score of 87.40%.
Jessa Mae Tabuzo Talan of Catanduanes State University - Virac notched the seventh spot, with a rating of 86.80%.
For the secondary level, Michael Postrado Vale of Partido State University-Goa got the fourth highest score, with 89.20%.
In 9th place is Maria Tricia Bertiz Nasayao of Bicol University-Daraga, with 88.20%, while in the 10th spot are Aldrin Alfonso Alcantara of University of Nueva Caceres and Salvador de los Santos Lumbria of Universidad de Santa Isabel, both with a rating of 88%.
PassersAccording to the Professional Regulation Commission, 23,378 elementary teachers out of 77,466 examinees (30.18%) and 31,334 secondary teachers out of 92,754 examinees (33.78%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) given last September 25 in Hong Kong and 25 testing centers all over the Philippines.
