Robber carts away P500K worth of jewelry, P100K cash in Legazpi

LEGAZPI CITY October 6, 2016 (Bicol Standard) –Assorted jewelry items worth more or less P500,000.00, cash amounting to P100,000.00, a wristwatch, credit and ATM cards were carted away by an unidentified person in a robbery incident that occurred at around 6:55 am this morning.

The police report said that the victim, identified as Nancy Alba y Perillo, 56, is a resident of Happy Homes Subdivision, Brgy 8, Bagumbayan here.

Alba narrated to the investigators that the suspect gained entry to their house by climbing to the concrete wall going to the 3rd floor of the house.

Upon reaching the said floor, he allegedly forcibly opened the sliding window, and proceeded to the second floor. He then entered the vacant bedrooms where he took the jewelry items, cash, and other personal items found therein.

After, after collecting the items, he left the place.

As of this writing, the investigators are conducting their inquiry for the possible identification of the suspect.
