The said group is now camping near the Quezon City circle, on board 19 buses from Bicol.

"Lupa at Kapayapaan ipaglaban! NDFP-GRP Peace Talks Suportahan!" said the members of the said group, in a statement issued a few hours ago.

The said group of fishermen are calling the attention of the government to protect the Ragay Gulf area, which they believe has been neglected by law enforcement agencies tasked to implement the Fishery Laws.

Meanwhile, the farmers’ group have reminded the government to give back the coco levy funds to the small coconut farmers, as promised to them during the last election.

Today, they will proceed to the Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA).

At 1:00 p.m., they will picket in front of the offices of the DENR, BFAR, PCA and the Department of Agriculture in this city.
