PAGASA: Cloudy skies over Bicol; no tropical cyclone in next 3 to 5 days

NAGA CITY, September 19, 2016 (Bicol Standard) -- The Bicol region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said this morning.



Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest with slight to moderate seas.

No tropical cyclone, however, is expected in the next three to five days, according to the state weather bureau. (BICOLSTANDARD.COM)
