'Kawawang mga probinsyano': Salceda on relocation of bus terminals in Metro

LEGAZPI CITY, August 16, 2016 (Bicol Standard) -- Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda confirmed this afternoon that he will file a supplemental motion at the Supreme Court regarding the relocation of bus terminals from EDSA to an area near SLEX.

Salceda, in a statement released on Facebook is poised to ask the High Tribunal to pass upon the issue based on evidence.

He questioned the legality of the decision to relocate the bus terminals that would affect thousands of commuters from the provinces.

"The 3,300 causing traffic instead the 2,500,000 cars?" he asked in relation to the reasoning advanced by the Metro Manila mayors last week.

Salceda had been opposing the measure since 2014 when he was still Albay governor.
