CAMP CRAME | Supt. Halamani named outstanding cop in Police-Community Relations

QUEZON CITY, August 23, 2016 -- A police officer from the Camarines Norte Provincial Police Office was cited as one of the outstanding cops in Police-Community Relations in at the culmination of the 21st Police-Community Relations (PCR) Month at the National Headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

Police Supt. Wilmor Halamani of the Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office was honored as the one of the 12 individual cops and non-uniformed personnel (NUP) who showed the best practices that promote the partnership between the police and the community.

The other individual awardees include: Chief Insp. Bryan  Gregorio of the PNP Public Information Office, Chief Insp. Ryan Manongdo of the Pozorrubio MPS, PO3 Cristina Olay of the Balaoan MPS, SPO1 Almario Resureccion of the PNP-DPCR, SPO2 Arlene Adriano of the PNP-PIO, SPO4 Cesar Pinuela of the Jaro Municipal Police Station in Iloilo, Sr. Supt. Romeo SJ Sta. Ana Jr. of the PNP-DPCR, Supt.   Elizabeth Velasquez of the PNP Highway Patrol Group, Supt. Chitadel Gaoiran of the Police Regional Office 4-A, NUP Iris de la Cruz of the DPCR and NUP Roy Navales of the PNP-PIO.

Meantime, also honored were the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office as the Outstanding Police Provincial Office in PCR, the Sta. Rosa City Police Station as the Outstanding City Police Station in  PCR, and Pozorrubio Municipal Police Station in Pangasinan, named as the Outstanding  Municipal Police Stationin PCR.

The awards were given by Vice President Leni Robredo, PNP chief Director General Ronald “Bato” la Rosa, and PNP Director for Police-Community Relations Director Wilfredo  Franco.
