BU grad places second in Mining Engineer Board exams

LEGAZPI CITY, August 13, 2016 (Bicol Standard)—A graduate of Bicol University-Legazpi notched the second spot in the most recent Mining Engineer Board Examinations.



Donna Mae Parpan Longga scored 88.55% in the examination administered by the PRC Board of Mining Engineering headed by its Chairman, Cornelio Q. Casido and its members Rufino B. Bomasang and Augusto C. Villaluna on August 9 to 11.

Meanwhile, two other graduates of the same university made it to the top ten: Kimberly Paguia Rapirap, 5th, and Hazel Nunez, 9th.

According to the PRC, 211 out of 259 passed the exams.
