Alleged drug pusher killed in Mercedes, Cam Norte

MERCEDES, Camarines Norte August 9, 2016 (Bicol Standard) – Another person, allegedly engaged in the illegal drug trade was killed by unidentified suspects at around 8:30 p.m. yesterday.


The victim was identified as Marlon Abreria y Albis, 42, with live-in partner, jobless and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay 1 here.

The investigation report said that the victim was playing bingo with his friends when the unidentified assailant called him and said “Marlon, Marlon, mayroon ka ba dyan”

Immediately, the victim stood up to check on the identity of the person who was calling him.

Upon seeing the victim, however, the suspect, fired several shots upon him, hitting different parts of his body.

The victim suffered from three gunshot wounds.

The suspect then fled to an unknown direction while the victim was rushed to Camarines Norte Provincial Hospital for medical treatment.

Thereafter the suspect ran away from the scene of the crime.

Recovered from the crime scene were two (2) pieces of fired slugs, and three (3) pieces of fired cartridge cases from suspected caliber .45.

The suspect left the following message on a piece of cardboard: ”PUSHER AKO WAG TULARAN,PAG DI KAYO TUMIGIL KAYO NA ANG SUSUNOD."

The victim, who is allegedly a well-known drug personality here, already surrendered previously to the police authorities and pledged not to be involved in the same illegal activity.
