Farmer in Cam Norte killed by lightning strike

Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte—A resident of P-1 Brgy. San Rafael, this town was struck by lightning yesterday, the local police reported.

The victim was identified as Emmanuel Lebantino y Lucito, 40 years old, and a resident of the said barangay.

Lebantino was said to be collecting dried abaca leaves when the accident occurred.

Barangay councilor Carlito Brondia of San Rafael, Jose Panganiban relayed this information to the local authorities for record purposes.


The victim’s body was immediately brought to Adea Funeral Homes at Barangay Parang here. (BICOLSTANDARD.COM)
