At least 15 Bicol schools increase tuition fees

NAGA CITY--Students in at least fifteen Bicol schools should expect higher tuition fees this coming school year 2016-2017, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Bicol Regional office announced.

These schools include Ateneo de Naga University, University of Nueva Caceres, ACLC College, Naga View Adventist College Inc., Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity College, STI College, AMA Computer College,  Siena College of Tigaon, Divine Word College, Ago Medical and Educational Center, PLT College, STI College, ACLC College Camarines Norte, Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation, PLG de Castro Colleges, and ACLC College Sorsogon. Universidad de Sta. Isabel, meanwhile, will have an increase in miscellaneous fees.

CHED has already approved the application of these colleges, Salvador Mediavillo, Chief Administrative Officer of CHED Bicol said in an interview.--BICOLSTANDARD.COM
