The awards were in recognition of the two units’ successful implementation of One Time Big Time Operation (OTBT) against Barangay Chair Ariel Luceña, leader of the Luceña Private Armed Group, on May 7 at Zone 2, Crisolita St., Barangay San Nicolas, Iriga City where the law enforcers seized from the residence of the suspect 28 assorted high-powered firearms.
