His last topic, the police said, was the alleged summary execution of three suspected rebels at Irosin, Sorsogon in July 2015.
He was also a spokesman of group Karapatan-Bicol and a chairman of Anakpawis Sorsogon.
Yesterday, Malacanang condemned the killing of Escanilla.
