Lipa City Mayor Meynardo Sabili confirmed this afternoon that Gacer is a Bicolano.

BICOL STANDARD's sources indicate that Gacer is from Goa, Camarines Sur.

Also named in the complaint were his wife Jobelle de Guzman-Gacer; Michael Hernandez Bagasbas, a teacher; a certain Judith, and 20 other unidentified individuals.

Punong Barangay Paulo Santino Tapalla Sorian and Councilor Joel Dellosa Pua accused One Dream
Global Marketing for conspiring with each other to defraud them of investments using a profit scheme system.

A pay-in fee of P888 entitles an individual to a slot, which the company promised will be converted to P1,300 within a span of just four days.

The company, however, suddenly closed its office and stopped its operation on July 11 without paying its investors the promised amount.

Gacer and the others, the police said, are nowhere to be found.

One Dream Global Marketing is said to have defrauded at least P3 billion in Lipa City within just a month of operation.

Here in Bicol, there was at least one office of One Dream Global Marketing, which operated earlier this month.

It was located at the second floor of the building of H. Bar. at the back of Immaculate Conception Church.

Said office is now closed.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
