Cool down this summer with this refreshing drink bursting with the flavors you can find in your own backyard: kalamansi, star fruit, mint, and chilies.

1/4 cup kalamansi juice
1 piece star fruit (balingbing or biriran)
3 Tbsp honey or simple syrup
2 pieces bird’s eye chilies
2 cups ice
In a blender, combine kalamansi juice, star fruit, honey, mint leaves, chilies and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with slices of star fruit,
kalamansi and mint leaves.
Serve and enjoy!
