PNP grants Silver Eagle Award to 4 Bicol units

LEGAZPI CITY—Four units of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Office 5 have been selected as recipients of the Performance Governance System (PGS) Silver Eagle Awards.

Libon Municipal Police Station, Polangui Municipal Police Station, Guinobatan Municipal Police Station, and Albay Provincial Police Station were recognized for their "Outstanding Commitment and unwavering support in the effective implementation of PNP Patrol Plan 2030 for the attainment of 'Highly Capable,Effective and Credible Police Service.'"

Likewise, the Regional Office announced that all PRO5 PNP units or stations will be conferred with the PGS "Initiated" Status today, March 12, 2015 at 9 AM based on the parameters and requirements set by the PGS Initiation Stage.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
