Lady brgy tanod gang raped by bf, cousins on Valentine’s Day

MILAGROS, Masbate— A 48-year-old barangay tanod was reported to have been sexually abused by her 24-year-old boyfriend and his cousins on Valentine’s Day.

This information was confirmed to BICOLSTANDARD.COM by Police Senior Inspector Malu Calubaquib, PNP regional spokesperson, this evening.

Calubaquib said that police initially received information from an anonymous caller at around 3:00 this afternoon (February 15) .

The caller narrated that Natalia (not her real name) engaged in sexual intercourse with her boyfriend, an hour before Valentine’s Day.

After the two finished with their intimate activity, Natalia's partner went outside their house located at Brgy. Bangad.

He then talked to his cousins and invited them to go with him inside the house.

It was in the partners' abode where, allegedly, Natalia’s boyfriend and his cousins forced themselves upon the barangay tanod and sexually molested her.

Police named the boyfriend as Michael Olado Pasaylo.

The other suspected rapists were identified as: Jesus Olado Pasaylo, 31 years old, married; Junery Mendoza Olado, 22 years old, single; Porperio Marquez Malaki, 32 years old, single; and Rommel Handog Adriano, 18 years old, single.

All suspects are fishermen and are residents of the same barangay.

After receipt of the report, elements of the Milagros Municipal Police Station (MPS) went to the barangay to verify the information. Upon identification of the suspects, a hot pursuit operation ensued.

Hence, at about 3:30 p.m. today,  all the rape suspects were arrested and are presently detained at the Milagros MPS.

In view of the aforementioned, police have issued a reminder for women not to blindly surrender their trust to their intimate partners for they can still be capable of committing betrayal of the highest order, even on Valentine’s Day.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
