This is according to the testimony of a concerned citizen who reported the incident to the Mobo Police Station (MPS) at around 5:00 pm yesterday.

Said suspected rebels, who were armed, forcibly entered the Singfil Builders at around 6:00 a.m., the police report said.

The armed men susbsequently divested the water plant's personnel and guard on duty of their belongings which include: 3 handheld radios, a charger, a caliber .45 pistol, and two caliber .38 revolvers.

Mobo MPS is already conducting a follow-up investigation for the possible identification of the perpetrators and the filing of cases against the suspects.

One angle the police is considereing is Singfil Builders' reported failure to pay revolutionary tax to the NPA. --BICOLSTANDARD.COM
