NAGA CITY-- Although the weather has vastly improved today, some areas in Camarines Sur remain to be under water.

Information received by BICOL STANDARD.COM this morning say that parts of Nabua, Milaor, and Gainza were still submerged in flood waters.

According to the website www.weather.com.ph: "The thick cloudiness associated with the northeast monsoon (hanging amihan) and a tail-end of a cold front has dissipated and became thinner with only drizzles to slight rains being produced." --BICOLSTANDARD.COM
