Mrs. Tallado and Francisco had been missing since Friday afternoon.

Heading the task force is PSSupt. Moises C. Pagaduan, Acting Provincial Director of Camarines Norte PPO, with the support of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and the members of the Philippine Army based in the province.

This morning, Pagaduan presided over a case conference prior to the scheduled 10 A.M. press conference at the Office of the Governor.

Gov. Egay Tallado, who faced the media for the first time since news of the disappearance broke out, narrated that his wife did not come home last Friday.

His eyes welled up with tears as he pleaded for the public to provide any information.

The governor, overwhelmed by emotions, begged off entertaining questions from the media.

Meanwhile, PSSupt. Pagaduan, who was also present in the press conference, told the media that they have stepped up their efforts in the search.BICOLSTANDARD.PH
