1 dead, 3 hurt in motorcycle slam in San Jose, Camarines Sur

San Jose, Camarines Sur-A rider met an instantaneous death while three others were left injured as two motorcycles rammed in each other in  Barangay Danlog, this town.

Investigation conducted by San Jose Police disclose that the black SYM motorcycle without plate, while travelling towards the direction of Poblacion, went into a head-on collision with the black and white Suzuki Smash motorcycle, with plate number 2012 EY, which was travelling towards opposite direction.

The SYM motorcycle was driven by Edjie Boy Plaza, 20 yrs old and had  2 back riders onboard, namely: Shiela Competente y Donato, 20 yrs old, and Rizza Paa y Climaco, 18 yrs old.  All are single and residents of Barangay Pugay, of this town.

Meawhile, the black and white Suziki Smash motorcycle was driven by Abelardo Bolaon y Primo, legal age, single, a resident of same place.

 As a result, both drivers and back riders sustained injuries and were rushed to Partido District Hospital, San Jose, Camarines Sur by the responding police officers.

Abelardo Bolaon, however, was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician thereat while Rizza Paa and Edjie Boy Plaza were subsequently transferred to Bicol Medical Center in Naga City. 

Further investigation reveal that the former motorcycle, which used red dim headlights, partially occupied the lane of the latter which was no headlight. 

Both motorcycles incurred undetermined amount of damages and are now under the custody of San Jose Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
