#LuisPH: 906 stranded in Bicol

Some 906 passengers are stranded in Bicol due to Typhoon Luis, the Philippine Coast Guard reported earlier tonight.

These include 603 passengers, 58 rolling cargoes, and 10 vessels in Albay; 207 passengers, 21 rolling cargoes, 3 vessels, and 2 motorbancas in Sorsogon; 18 passengers and 9 rolling cargoes in Catanduanes; 52 passengers, 5 vessels, and 4 motorbancas in Masbate, and 26 passengers in Camarines Sur.
