Club manager files 3 complaints vs. Nigerian national

MILAOR, CAMARINES SUR—A Nigerian national identified as Cartny Davis was arrested by the police here when he failed to pay his bills amounting to P7,620 in a night club at Barangay San Vicente.

Police records show that Arnel del Rosario, floor manager of White Petals Super Club complained to the authorities that Davis ordered food and drinks, but refused to settle his orders.

When the club management insisted that he settle his obligation, he resisted and instead acted in a scandalous manner. Thus, the club management called for the assistance of the police.

Davis was brought to the PNP police station at about 3:10 in the early morning of August 8.

At around 6:20 in the morning, on even date, while they were in front of the police station, Davis boxed the complainant, hitting him at least three times in different parts of his body.

This resulted in physical injuries inflicted upon the complainant.

Complainant del Rosario, who is the victim of the boxing incident was immediately brought to the Bicol Medical Center in Naga City for medical treatment.

Meanwhile, Davies also requested the police to put on record that del Rosario pushed him three times.

The investigators are now preparing to file three separate criminal cases against Davis, including Alarms and Scandal, Estafa, and Physical Injuries.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
