Pre-trial of LRay Villafuerte Jr. graft case to push through today

After being delayed for five months, the pre-trial for the anti-graft case against former Governor Luis Raymund "LRay" Villafuerte and co-accused Jeffrey Lo will push through today, the Sandiganbayan announced.

Involved in the pre-trial are cases no. SB-13-CRM-0792 to 0794, involving the alleged purchase of P20 million worth of diesel fuel without the required bidding.

Earlier this year, LRay posted P90,000 of bail money when the Sandiganbayan ordered a warrant of arrest against him and Lo.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
