Man hacks older brother in San Jose

SAN JOSE, CAMARINES SUR—An old grudge might have prompted a man to hack his older brother at around 5 PM yesterday in this town, police reported.

They identified the suspect as Rodelio Cacam y Purisima, 32, married, and a resident of this town. Meanwhile, the victim was Enrique Cacam y Purisima.

Three hack wounds were discovered on the hands of the victim, who was rushed to Partido District Hospital. He was later transferred to Bicol Medical Center in Naga City.

The suspect voluntarily surrendered to San Jose Municipal Police Station. A charge against him is now being readied for filing in court.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
