Fishkill strikes anew in Lake Bato

BATO, CAMARINES SURLake Bato was hit again by a fishkill due to a sudden drop in the supply of oxygen in the body of water. This usually happens after a heavy downpour.

Lake Bato supports a multi-million tilapia industry that provides food and income to many locals and fish cage operators.
