Camp Ola to open one-stop shop for firearm licensing

LEGAZPI CITY—A two-day one-stop shop for the licensing of firearms will be held at Camp Ola here on April 21 and 22, 2014.

This was announced by Police Senior Superintendent Arnold Ladea Albis, OIC, Provincial Director and concurrent Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) of Police Regional Office 5 (PRO5) via the the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO).

According to Albis, the Permit To Carry Firearm Outside Residence (PTCFOR) Mobile Secretariat Team will conduct drug tests, neuropsychiatric examinations, and biometrics. This will facilitate the issuance of said permit for those who want to have their firearms licensed.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
