Villante succeeds Bersabe as KBP Cam Sur chair

NAGA CITY—The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters ng Pilipinas (KBP) Camarines Sur Chapter elected a new set of officers this afternoon at Flamingo Hotel here.

The new chairman of the organization is Butch Villante of Home Radio. Meanwhile, the vice chairman is Edwin Lara of BBS-DWLV; secretary, Romar Vasquez of Love Radio; treasurer, Janette Hirang; auditor, Pearl Dacuan of Bombo Radyo; and performance officer, Alfred Perdon.

Villante succeeds Cris Bersabe, station manager of Energy FM, who also succeeded Elmer Abad of DWOK-FM who resigned as chairman of the organization last year.

After the election, the new set of officers discussed plans for the holding of seminars on how to sell radio airtime, among others.
