CCW Secretary General Carlo Batalla issued this announcement today after learning of the gruesome killing that occurred Saturday evening.

“Citizens Crime Watch condemns this senseless killing and vowed to provide the family of the victims with criminal lawyers in their quest for justice,” said Batalla.

Officers of CCW, only last month, held a press conference in this province, assuring the public that they are committed to eradicating criminality not only in Camarines Sur, but also in the Philippines. The group, which is composed of top-caliber lawyers, provides pro bono services to indigent victims.
