This was confirmed by PNP Regional Director Victor P. Deona, in an interview by BICOL STANDARD.

SSupt. Arnold Albis will take over as the Officer-in-Charge of Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office, according to the regional director.

Albis was previously the Deputy Regional Director for Operations.

Bausa was allegedly relieved of his post because of the public perception that he did not actively involve himself in the resolution of the Caramoan massacre.—BICOLSTANDARD.COM
