How the bachelor Lotto winner from Legazpi plans to spend his P13.9M

Buying only a ticket worth P20.00, a lucky man from Legazpi City joined the millionaire's club after bagging P13,919,766 in the Lotto 6/42 earlier this month.

His winning digits: 04-08-11-12-20-21.

According to Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II, the 33-year-old waiter, who is still single, plans to buy his parents a house and lot, give some money to his siblings, and put up his own business.

Rojas said that the new Bicolano millionaire shared the P27,893,532 jackpot with somebody from Lucena City.
