More bags of Vietnam rice now in Albay

ALBAYAround 658,000 bags of rice from Vietnam will be unloaded here today at the ports of Legazpi and Tabaco, according to NFA-Bicol Director Bernardo Asetre.

These bags will be distributed in the six provinces of the region, and will be stored as reserve at the warehouses in the regional office and barangays Arimbay and Gogon.

Last month, around 120,000 bags of rice also arrived in the port of Legazpi (With report from PIA).
