Synopsis:
At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 45 kms East of Dipolog City (8.7°N 123.7°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Forecast:
Visayas and the regions of Northern Mindanao and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Bicol Region, Mimaropa and the rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be cloudy with isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to northwest over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
