Former Camaligan Mayor Paul Prado passes away


CAMALIGAN, CAMARINES SUR-Former Camaligan Mayor Paul Prado passed away last Saturday at the National Kidney Institute in Quezon City.

This was revealed by Manuel, his brother, who also served as mayor of this town. 

Manuel added that his brother has been suffering from diabetes, but finally succumbed to his lingering illness due to multiple organ failure. 

Paul's remains lie in state at the Loyola Memorial Chapel in Manila, but the same will be brought back to his hometown within the next few days. 

Aside from taking the reins as this town's chief executive, Paul  also served as provincial board member, both as an elected regular Sangguniang Panlalawigan member and as ex-officio member being the President of the Liga ng mga Barangay in the Province of Camarines Sur.
